2010

- After completing B.E. Civil from Nirma University our founding partner Mr. Dipesh Patel started Working as a Project Management Consultant for IIT Powai in Mumbai & MIT Pune.
- Established a small Project Management Consultant firm with a classmate in Ahmedabad and started working with a local Real Estate Developer in Ahmedabad East. Project Undertaken:-

  • SURYAM GREENS : Vastral, Ahmedabad, Total Construction Area : 3 LAC SQFT
  • DHARTI STATUS : Vastral, Ahmedabad, Total Construction Area : 2.75 LAC SQFT

2011

- Expanded foothold in Ahmedabad West. Project Undertaken:-

  • ARAMBH RESIDENCY : Changodar, Ahmedabad, Total Construction Area : 4.5 LAC SQFT
  • VRAJGOPI VILLE-2 : Palodiya, Ahmedabad, Total Construction : 21 BANGLOWS

2012

  • ANAND RESIDENCY : Dehgam, Ahmedabad, Total Construction Area : 3 LAC SQFT

2014

- After success of Project Management Consultant firm started working as full-fledged Construction Partner for Real Estate Project in Ahmedabad. Project Undertaken:-

2015

  • GIRIRAJ AAGAMAN with KRISHNA CORPORATION : Vastral, Ahmedabad, Total Construction Area : 50,000 SQFT

2016

  • SHARANAM PARADISE with SHLOK INFRASTRUCTURE : Vastral, Ahmedabad, Total Construction Area : 70,000 SQFT

2018

2020

After successfull 10 year we expanded our presence in Gandhinagar

2021

Registered company with Meera Procon Pvt. Ltd name started working on our own Real estate project Meera Skyvue in Raysan, Gandhinagar.

2023

With success of Meera Skyvue started another premium residential project Meera Bellevue in Raysan, Gandhinagar.


With the past 12 years of experience we have successfully completed 12 LAC SQFT total construction area work with 10 LAC SQFT Turnkey Projects and currently working as Developer, Contractual Work
